Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 19 October 2026 | Updated: 20 October 2026
1. Our business and your purchase
Your purchase is from Deimante Ridikaite, a sole trader trading as Demi’s Nails & Beauty. Our business and kit-return address is Unit 11E, Parkmore Industrial Estate, Long Mile Road, Robinhood, Dublin 12, D12 DX40, Ireland. Email: info@demisnailsandbeauty.com. Telephone / WhatsApp: +353 85 268 2607. VAT number: IE3950018U.
These terms cover in-person and blended courses, online courses, downloadable manuals and templates, paid mentoring, and kits included with or added to a course. The offer description, agreed dates, total price, payment arrangement, kit option, delivery details and any specific licence form part of your agreement. Accepted orders are confirmed by email. These terms do not remove specific promises made before purchase.
Consumer rights apply where you buy wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession. Being a student or hoping to work in beauty does not by itself make a purchase a business transaction. Earlier bookings retain the terms originally agreed.
2. Payments and access
Your total price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, amount payable now and remaining payment arrangement are provided before you pay. A deposit is part of the price, not an extra fee. A finite instalment plan pays for one purchase; it is not a cancel-anytime membership. Valid cancellations or refunds are reflected in any payments still due.
For practical courses, paying the balance at least 7 days before the first practical day is recommended; 3 days before is the final deadline. Payment links are sent separately for your agreed plan. Online access is issued after full payment and any applicable early-start arrangement in section 7. A payment or finance provider’s separate terms do not remove our obligations to you.
Course access lasts 7 months from the date access is issued after full payment, unless a different period was expressly agreed. It does not begin with a deposit. Any agreed delay before access starts does not shorten those 7 months. Access is to your purchased course, not every course in the academy.
3. Practical dates, deposits and missed attendance
Your booking reserves your selected practical dates. Standard date transfers are not available. Deposits are non-refundable under our standard cancellation policy, except where a refund is required by law.
Your deposit takes a limited place out of availability while we begin administration and course preparation, including arranging your kit where included. Moving a booking can leave the original place empty while taking another place on a later course.
Outside legal cancellation rights, any money retained must be fair and proportionate to what has been supplied and our reasonable net loss. We take account of costs saved, reusable materials and replacement bookings, without double recovery. Additional charges must have been disclosed and agreed before purchase and remain lawful; there is no automatic full-course cancellation penalty.
Missing a practical day does not include a free replacement. Any extra teaching and price must be agreed before supply. A date change requires our written agreement, and a goodwill exception does not create an entitlement to another. Legal remedies and any legally required adjustments remain unaffected.
4. Learning, models and certification
You need internet access and a compatible device and browser or app for Kajabi. Any additional software, access restriction, prerequisite or material compatibility requirement is stated with the offer. Contact us promptly about access difficulties.
Before practical training, complete all required theory and demonstration videos and the quiz. The videos generally take a day or two to work through; we check platform progress. Your course information confirms the timetable and model appointments. Where two models are recommended for a brow or lash-lift day, one suitable model is acceptable when you tell us beforehand. Model groups are optional and cannot guarantee attendance.
Follow the educator’s consultation, consent and safety instructions and submit your own genuine assessment work. Certificates follow completion and approval of the relevant requirements. Support and qualifications are those described with your course. Tell us privately about an adjustment needed to access training. Permission to use identifiable images in marketing is separate from booking or assessment.
5. Course kits, digital resources and mentoring
Your kit is ready on the first practical day unless you booked without a kit or agreed delivery instead. Bring it back for remaining practical days. Kit-free students receive the product list separately. For a kit purchased with an online course, collection or delivery, charges and timing are explained before payment. We may arrange supplier-direct dispatch, but remain your point of contact and responsible for what we sell. Agreed returns go to our academy address unless another method is arranged. Kits are not sold separately.
The manual/template offer states the format, delivery arrangements, required software/account and licence. Ordinary course materials are for your own learning; do not share logins or redistribute them. Educator resources sold with teaching rights may be adapted and branded for the purchasing academy’s own courses and supplied to its enrolled learners as finished materials within that licence. No standalone resale, editable-source or template-link sharing, or transfer to another academy is permitted unless expressly licensed. Third-party licences remain applicable. A specific advertised licence takes priority. A manual purchase is not teaching accreditation.
A mentoring offer states its sessions, format, duration, included support/resources, schedule, price and any session-change conditions before purchase. It is not a rolling membership. Training or mentoring does not guarantee earnings, clients or employment, or replace individual legal, tax or regulated advice. Our responsibility for advertised promises and required standards remains.
6. Statutory cancellation periods
For an eligible consumer booking made online, by telephone or through another distance-booking process, you normally have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. For services and non-physical digital content, the period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made. A later balance payment or login does not by itself restart it. Face-to-face bookings do not automatically have this distance-purchase right.
For goods contracts, the period ends 14 days after the day you, or your nominated recipient other than the carrier, receive the goods. Where one order is delivered separately, the relevant last delivery is used. A combined goods-and-services purchase follows the rules applicable to that combined contract; a goods-related period is not shortened by sending online access. Any legally required extension for missing cancellation information applies.
These rights are subject to the early-supply rules below. They are not an open-ended entitlement to move practical dates.
7. Starting learning or digital supply early
Qualifications, practical/blended training and mentoring: we use service cancellation arrangements for these packages, preserving any additional rights for included digital content or kits. If you request a start during the cancellation period, we record your express request and acknowledgement and provide confirmation you can keep. If you cancel during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for services actually supplied, calculated against the agreed total price (or their market value if that price is excessive). We explain any deduction. No charge applies where the statutory conditions for it were not met.
The service change-of-mind right ends on full performance during that period only with the required prior consent and acknowledgement. A login, manual download or watched lesson is not, by itself, full performance of an entire qualification or practical package. Without an early-start request, supply is arranged after the applicable period.
Standalone manuals, templates and recorded digital content: the change-of-mind right ends when supply begins only after your express consent to early supply, acknowledgement that this right will be lost, and the required contract confirmation. We obtain these before relying on that exception. If they are missing, you do not pay for that digital supply on a valid statutory cancellation. This exception does not cover undelivered practical teaching, mentoring or physical kits. Outside legal rights, no extra voluntary change-of-mind refund is offered for digital content already supplied.
8. Cancellation notices and refunds
To exercise a cancellation right, send a clear statement before the period expires to info@demisnailsandbeauty.com or our academy address, or use the website’s “Cancel contract here” function for eligible orders. The standard form below is optional. You do not need to give a reason, telephone us or obtain discretionary approval for a valid statutory cancellation.
We promptly acknowledge an online cancellation in a record you can keep, including your statement and the submission date and time. Statutory refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, through the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Lawful early-service deductions and goods-return rules may affect the amount or timing. We adjust any remaining payments and linked arrangements where required.
After cancellation, stop using or sharing the cancelled digital content, including downloaded manuals. We may end further access to that purchase, without removing any right to retrieve your own content or personal information.
9. Kit delivery and returns
We deliver by the agreed time or, where no time was agreed, without undue delay and within 30 days. Supplier dispatch does not remove our responsibility for delivery.
For a statutory change-of-mind goods return, send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return cost where disclosed before purchase. We refund standard outbound delivery where required, not an extra premium option you selected. Where permitted, reimbursement may wait until the goods arrive or you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may reduce the refund to reflect lost value. A health/hygiene exception applies only where the sealed item meets the legal conditions and was unsealed after delivery, not automatically to every kit. Faulty or misdescribed goods retain their separate protections.
10. Problems, academy changes and complaints
Courses, mentoring, digital content and kits must match the agreement and applicable legal standards, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services. Tell us about missing, faulty or misdescribed supply. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include putting it right, repair, replacement, a price reduction, termination or refund. Change-of-mind restrictions do not remove those rights.
If we cannot provide the agreed training or mentoring, we contact you. You may accept an alternative, but need not accept a material change. We provide the legally required remedy, including a refund where due. We do not exclude liability or remedies where unlawful or unfair.
For a complaint, email your name, purchase details, the issue and the outcome sought to info@demisnailsandbeauty.com. We acknowledge, investigate and explain our response. You retain available legal remedies, payment-dispute processes and access to the appropriate court. Irish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights. These terms apply only where supplied for the purchase; later updates or balance payments do not retrospectively replace an earlier agreement.
Standard cancellation form
Complete and send only if you wish to cancel. You may instead use any other clear cancellation statement.
