Use this form to cancel an eligible online purchase during your cancellation period.
Please fill in your name, the email you used to book, your order reference (or enough details about the course, product or booking for us to find it) and your cancellation statement. You do not need to give a reason or phone us.
When you press Confirm cancellation, we automatically email you a copy of your statement, your order details and the date and time you submitted it. We will then confirm the refund arrangements applicable to your purchase.
