I built the beauty business I once needed help understanding.
Hi, Iโm Demi. I started in the beauty industry because I loved the work and wanted to create more freedom for myself, but I quickly realised that being good at a treatment and knowing how to build a successful business are two very different things.
I had to learn the difficult parts through experience: how to price properly, attract and keep clients, stay consistent, build a team, create systems and turn my knowledge into courses. I made mistakes, rebuilt and kept going.
In 2019, I opened my own salon and eventually grew a team of 12. I later built Demiโs Nails & Beauty Academy and have now supported more than 3,000 students through their beauty training.
My vision is to make the journey clearer for the women coming behind me. Whether you are taking your first qualification, trying to grow a client base or ready to teach your own students, I want to give you the practical training, honest guidance and structure I wish I had when I started.

Through hard work and refusing to settle for "average," I grew a fully booked, high-demand client base. I figured out the systems, the marketing, and the exact techniques required to stand out in a crowded market and create a premium salon experience.
Empowering Others
I realized my true passion wasn't just doing beautyโit was teaching it. I created the Beauty Business Academy to give ambitious women the exact roadmap, skills, and business systems I wish I had when I first started. No gatekeeping, just real, scalable results.
